SWITICK products are covered by a limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or improper handling is not covered.
Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, strap wear, or aging of plating/material) is not considered a manufacturing defect.
To request warranty service, please provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging (if return is approved).
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or shipping problem, we will provide the appropriate solution according to the case.
Customized / engraved products and corporate bulk orders may have different return conditions (see Corporate Orders note below).
