Return requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after delivery
Customized or engraved watches, corporate orders, and bulk orders may not be eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
